I made...hmmmm roughly 16-20 of them and sent them to some of my internet pals (no fee).

Many of the (right hand) edges were cut poorly, thus resulting in the weird unevenness/unstraight(?)ness of them. The Gatefold covers were printed with my home scanner/printer, using 8.5x17 sized paper, folded. The inside cover/front had, I believe, the ode to Gary, and the back, the map. On the cover/back, was a photo-repro of an old TSR list of goodies.

I have recently (by request) located alot of my early drafts and cover mockups, maps, etc. including the map of (apparently) a lower--2nd--level that I was originally going to include; along with partial level maps where the stairs go off and the text says "for the DM to expand"

As someone has expressed interest in these, I am not offering them up to the GP (...at the moment!)

PM ing the author is usually a good first step.

BTW, Mars, I wanted to mention that the two editions of BMG you have (both from the early '80s) were 'photocopies'.

They were laid out two to a page taped together (11x17 = 8.5 x 11 side by side). The lettering in the book was done with rub-on fonts, as was some of the other graphic art. The artwork is from K.U. college art students (and some crappy stuff by me)...

These side-by-side pages were taped together (laying them out so that the 1st/last pages were together, etc... then they were photo-reduced about 67% (although I forget the actual amount and it may have been more) during the copying process. The pages were then cut in half and bound at a local (Lawrence, KS) printer (Messeraul printing as I recall). The covers were printed at Messeraul.

Just a bit of history.

I just stumbled across the 1st/original G4 pdf I put together in 2008. It is nothing like the one that eventually came to be, has 2 map levels, and is totally unlike what is currently available at my store.
I also found 2 pieces of interior art I had intended to include, but didn't (cos I'm a lousy artist).
This pdf states it was written by "Thorkhammer & RC Pinnell"...
Ak'ptui already acquired all the physical copies of miscellaneous early cover drafts, maps, etc. But this pdf is something that no one has but me.

Now my mind is wondering, if there is any interest in it?

Congrats!  I just finished my White Dwarf collection too (to #65, I arbitrarily stopped at the point in time where I stopped buying them new), it's a nice feeling, like an accomplishment isn't it  

I have a few other Completes lately I wanted to post about, maybe I'll get a couple pictures up...
