Yes, a clean 4th for 1k is an increase.
Fits the trends tho imnsho.
Really don't see it as "silly"; more like "bellwether".

To my eyes that is a 5th print,  not a 4th: no price on cover and ref sheet with title and logo on first page only are features of a later printing.
Regardless the trends, i doubt i can find another buyer open to pay 1k for a whitey in the next decade...

Also states no printing info in the booklets, which matches our 5th print description.

The pricing on almost everything.  I mean seriously, just stop it.

I actually got upset over this and asked him a question on it. Let's see if it posts...

Jazzman tried to defend this item earlier in this very thread, at a higher price.

Heh.  I love how he lists it at $649.95, and not an even $650.00.  You know, to make it sound like even more of a bargain - the way they do on the TV infomercials.

Not sure how to post ebay listings here, but I just saw a dungeoneer's survival guide go for like $50 yesterday with shipping.

Still silly if it sells for full bin?

Doesn't it kind of feel like we're all somehow channeling Steve Buscemi from the movie, Armageddon ... spending all of our money in anticipation of the actual Armageddon, lol?  In a world where Amiibos can go for 10x retail price, even though everyone is fairly certain that Nintendo will continue production of those particular Amiibos later this year ... anything is possible.

We should start a new thread for the new wave silliest auction price ... a seller who wants far too *little* for an item (i.e. The Artists of TSR going for $50, or The Planescape Sketchbook going for under $1000 :))

All I know is, if it sells, I have a first printing of this one that I would DEFINITELY part with!
