WOWSERS!

I have a copy of B10 that I would sell (no counters, otherwise complete good condition) and I would take a lot less for it.

Looking at the rest of that sellers auctions, this one stands out as the only one that seems rediculous.

Though almost all of the fantasy items start at about max value.

Perhaps seller does not realise the counters do indeed count for this item?

Some Ebay sellers try to find out the value of their items by doing a web search.

What they land on is Amazon listings like the $1000.00 comic book.

It is difficult to explain to these sellers that the Amazon listing is just fishing with no hope of a sale unless a complete sucker comes along. The Amazon seller has no need to hurry. He's trawling over the long haul.

The Ebay sellers never believe it. Never. After their listing gets no bidders a few times, they start to realize it on their own. Then some learn. Some.

Then again, sellers like these are the lifeblood of my business. They allow me to undercut the price by so much it looks like the buyer is getting a deal with my item. So I say bravo to the guy who lists a T1-4 at $500, it just makes my $100 copy look positively cheap.

You should sell under multiple identities. Get the badguy identity to call you an ass and complain about how you're undercutting him.

Actually not bad prices if ebayed individually. The seller either doesn't understand pricing for lots vs. individual items, or doesn't really want to sell it as a lot.

Dunno what to say... except that the seller should not be surprised to find negative feedback for erroneous portrayal of the auction by pictures.

I'd like to thank a couple other bidders for saving me around $900 and providing me with a very entertaining 30 minutes. I didn't even bother to bid once the R1 broke $300.

I LOL'ed.

Final tally for those keeping score, all 4 Rs (R1 - R4) all won by same buyer for $1450 roughly.
