This sound really good to me.

Keep the original "EO Artwork Committee" on the same track to continue the artwork pieces since they already have a lot of the work done (printers, papers, etc) and can now focus on getting the next artist in line.

Maybe Jason or Mike (or someone else) can start an "Acaeum Game/Module/BoardGame Committee" for possible modules, board games, other gaming materials? This way there are separate committees devoted to each and hopefully they can both do what they each set out to do.

Guys;

I was happy to participate, even though my input was all that was needed at first. I was upset it took me so long to ship out the prints, but thems the breaks. But the great thing about it was the project was conceived by, and done with, and for, Acaeum members. We were told we couldn't do it, blah blah blah, all that stuff. I don't think the timeline was that ridiculous considering some "homegrown" projects that literally take years to get done.

If anyone else wants to put together more Aceaum related projects, I say give it a go. The one thing is I would make sure your committee was composed of trusted names in the community, because this is what really got our project off the ground and moving.

I hope to see, and participate in, more projects involving my favorite web spot!

Just got back from holidays, and sensational surprise of my copy of the print.

Absolutely chuffed with it and extremely happy with the shipping (thanks Mike, superb job mate !)

Big KUDOs to the committee and will definitely be in on any other projects.

My vote goes to something very detailed and nuts by Tom Wham.
You can add me to the next list of buyers for whatever commissioned work we go for. I like the idea of having 'Acaeum' in the artwork also.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

I have taken my print into the framers. It is going to be goreous when I get it back in two weeks. I had thought that I would try to frame showing off the deckled edge but this proved way to costly. So it will be framed "standard" with a matt.

Framing cost $230.

I will provide pics when I get it back.

Walmart frame looks better and better to me.
Hobby Lobby and other similar chain store carry that matting board stuff too.

I think I can get this critter framed for about 20% of that cost.
If I cut the white edges off of the print, even less.

The matt will cost you $40 along Gnat. Cool if you can do it for less, but the way mine is being framed will result in nothing touching the print and the glass used will substantially cut the chance of any fading do to light. If I want to sell down the road, I can sell in the frame or take it out of the frame and it will still be in mint condition. I doubt you will be able to frame it without doing some damage (pressure crease or lines from the matting) to the print.

The tube is in perfect shape. No interesting stickers marking visits to far-flung ports of call. Just fifteen days, slowly finding its way north. But well worth the wait.
