Chaosium's recent foray into supporting Free RPG day has been rather frustrating for us. We decided to give the event a try because we are very interested in getting more of our games played in FLGS. We have greatly expanded our Organized Play efforts and "The Derelict" module was a part of that. What we never intended, though, was to create a collectable product whose scarcity might be manipulated by game stores or the people who got there early enough to grab a copy. Thus, we are going to be offering the PDF of the product basically for free soon enough, and the print copy of the scenario will be available on Lulu.com at cost.

Wait, are you guys saying the "WE B4 GOBLINS" mod I snagged for free is worth over $100 ?

It looks like a really fun mod, but $100?  It's only about 8 pages long.  Wow.

I've only had a chance to read "Goblins."  I did pick up the Mutant Crawl mod, but haven't really looked at it yet.  I just grabbed it because the cover and title caught my interest.  I had no idea what it was until I read Zenopus' post above.  I'm very excited to hear DCC is doing Gamma World.  Can't wait to see that!

The owls are not what they seem...
