I don't know, maybe they handle things a little bit different for Canadian customers. For US folks though, you have to be able to provide them with a tracking number that shows that the item was actually "delivered" by the postal service. Don't get me wrong if it shows on
USPS.com that it is still in transit, they'll give a couple of extra weeks for it to arrive, but if that sucker doesn't end up showing "delivered" as per the
USPS website within a certain time frame, the seller is losing that claim.
