Looks like its a horse race between John and Shane.  Ekim is a paper tiger and cannot hold his position (going on points possible).

Just need the #1's to get kicked out to probably win this thing.

Somebody hacked my account and put Missouri in the championship game. I'm taking a Mulligan.

So it's still anyone's game except mine.  Due to final game picks I would be unable to overtake John who has picked Kentucky to win as have I.  It all depends on the final game winner.  My prediction that Ekim Toor could not win was way premature given his pick for final game winner.  Go Luck to you all.

P.S.  I have a small hope that Indiana can pull one more out of the hat and upset Kentucky tonight.

Am ashamed to admit that I killed the Gators off prematurely. Three of my final four picks still alive, so not giving up hope.  Yet.

Sorry need to edit:  it's down to Lucy vs Plaag.  If Kansas wins out and Kentucky loses in the semi final, I think Shane will have enough points to beat Lucy.

For the first time EVER (I mean, since I can remember I've been playing brackets, the mid 80s at least), I don't have a single team in the Final Four.  WORST YEAR EVER!!!!!  EFF YOU NORTH CAROLINA, BAYLOR, SYRACUSE AND MISSOURI!

So Kansas defeats Ohio and it's down to you or me, Plaag.  Come on, Kentucky!

With the final game being worth 21 points, it is indeed possible for Shane to post an incredible come from behind win.  Good luck to both of you.

My opinion:  Kansas cannot match up against Kentucky.  However, my Butler teams were never given any chance to go beyone the second round and they nearly won it twice in a row.

That has got to be the only time that I recall where I've gotten more correct answers than everyone else and didn't win.

Scoring system seems backwards to me.  You should get more points for picks in the first two rounds than the final four.  Those are much harder to pick correctly IMO.  I definitely spend more time researching stats early on in the bracket in search for those upset minded teams.

I'm going to start calling Joan Lucky Lucy from now on.

No doubt, I am very lucky. Now to purchase my raffle tickets for the NTRPG Con. Hope the streak holds...

"Lucyjoyce" is a fabrication. There is a 65 year old Jewish chain smoking bookie living in Florida that laughs his ass off at us every fantasy season in any sport.  No doubt he lives off his winnings a the track and comes on here to merely humiliate a bunch of nerds every year for his own amusement.
