This one is not the sexiest, but is still a personal collecting 'Complete!' milestone. I started this collection in 1986... finished October, 2013! By far the longest I've ever spent accumulating a run of anything. Yes, there were some times I wasn't actively looking

You are right, this is not the sexiest run, but I personally feel this run arguably has the best cover art of any module series. These adventures would be a nightmare to DM if for no other reason that it would take a huge party several years to complete. Anyway, congrats!

I always thought the cover to DL4 was one of the most iconic art pieces ever published for D&D, so much in one painting !!

Agree with you on DL4. There was a fake of this painting floating around the internet about 7 years ago. It was such a good fake that I wanted to buy it but did not have the funds.

Almost all of those paintings have sold in the last 7 years..

Last I heard the DL4 cover sold on ebay in 2005? ish or some such.. $5k(?) .. I remember reding someone one says such and how they wanted to buy, how got into colleting etc.. Dam its a nice Painting

I believe the only complete item i own even if the box is in rough state is a complete dragon mountain.
Though I plan on modifying bits of the adventure and playing it. It's rough and far from a collectors item.
It's still in nice condition and mainly the box is whats dented.

I guess if I had the time & money I would shoot for a complete Judges Guild run, or a complete M.E.R.P run. Those seem like they would be the most fun to collect and would both be a challenge

I would kill to have the good sense to tell myself, "Zach, MERP is a money pit. You are not going to start collecting it."

But I don't, so I am with you. I think it is a run that is worth having.

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

It's indeed the Walker in the Wastes campaign by Pagan Publishing and the player aid kits.

The player aid kit is a package of player hand outs for the campaign.

And these are actually two player aid kits, one in a brown enveloppe, one in a white enveloppe.

I don't think the contents will be different but I'll need to check that.
