Without a specific picture or module cited it's hard to know. Early modules are probably Dave Trampier or David Sutherland, but sometimes (as on the cover to the original B1) both of them did work on it ("Dis & Dat"). Jeff Dee's artwork is pretty distinctive as those would be easy to spot.

Dave Sutherland would use the initials DCS or DCS III since his name was David C. Sutherland, III.

There is also DSL for David S. LaForce.

Dave A. Trampier would usually sign as DAT but I have also seen DT or his last name.

Thanks. I'll be updating the modules as I get them in. I'll reference specifics if I don't know on here for covers and interior art. I figure most of you will have these things opened and can just look.

No, at this time, they don't have them separated. I think they want to break them out along with newsstand editions for the comics and magazines.

Ok maybe i misunderstood, from the discussion here (as well as on other threads), a sw item could not be slabbed with the shrink... the shrink needs to be removed and then the item is graded and slabbed... (btw this to confirm Bill's universal take away the shrink is not a condition!)

Both CGC and CBCS do grade modules in shrink now. I believe CBCS was first to do this, then followed by CGC earlier this year.

I recall a post from Philfound of CGC announcing this in the forum awhile back. It may have been in this thread, though I’m too lazy to go back and check :-)

I thought about starting a new thread just to discuss shrinkwrapped grading. This thread is so long that the original post about it is so far behind. I did find that A3 and T1 cover artist is Jeff Dee according to the wikipedia. I think that's what I remember, unless is was D2 instead of T1. Still don't have the nonplayer character sheet cover artist.
