10 years! Congrats Mike & Doug on achieving this.

10 years ago when you launched it, I planned on getting across the water to one of these, one day. Unfortunately I've never made it, due to huge life changes.

However, it's good to see this growing year on year and well done guys for creating a new piece of history.

I'd love for Cook, Marsh and Otis to sign a copy of the Expert book (if I can just find a copy!), but want to know if you usually use a decent seperd book or a book from that nearly new condition full set)? I'm guessing the former, but figured I'd ask the collecting experts.

In my experience, it tends to boost value across the board, sometimes by a lot.

For those of you making last minute preparations, and especially for those of you attending for the first time, feel free to bring rpg products created/written/edited by convention guests for them to sign.  In many cases, a signature can increase the value of the item, but more importantly, it can increase the personal value it has for you and your collection.

Another thing I find useful are some portable snacks like granola bars.  Games often run long which can delay lunch or dinner, and these snacks can hold off the hunger until the game is over.  Plus, hotel food isn't the cheapest.  There is a Denny's across the street, but the daily highs are going to be 95 and the lows only go down to 76 or so.

I am also bringing a sturdy box and some magazine bags to hold all the goodies I purchase from the convention to make their transportation back home a little more secure/safe.

I don't know what it's going to be like this year, but last year some of the rooms were a little chilly.  I had a long-sleeve t-shirt which came in handy during a few games.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone!

The modules are listed on Badmike's classified listing on the Acaeum. Just look towards the top of his May posting. I PMed him yesterday but I imagine he is very busy with the con.
