When we're done with that, let's laugh about why in the world I would think USC was any good ... my West Coast bias killed me there.

  Better than UT-Arlington!

My poor sweet wife...she's a UTA alum.....this is the first time they have EVER gotten into the tournament in 49 years.  She's interested in watching the game and want's to know what their chances are (for the record: #1 seeds are 96-0 vs #16 seeds). I'm trying to let her down GENTLY about their chances vs Memphis.  As in:  "Honey, if they lose by less than 20, that's a GOOD game for the boys...."

I've learned to pick the upset vs the West Coast teams....they are ALWAYS over rated by the west coast media.

Speaking of upsets, how on earth did Gonzaga lose???????

I TOTALLY agree! :)   Sure, there are good Pac Ten teams and they sometimes win it all, but Wooden isn't coaching anymore.  Miss State over Oregon was a good example of a Pac Ten philosophy against a typical ACC, SEC, Big East typical philosophy.  It's difficult to generalize, but I shake my head at what I see as a Pac Ten/West Coast bias.  I wonder if the press pumps them up just so west coast folks will be invested and subscribe to all their sports shows and publications. :?

Aw, thanks.  I'm on vacation and stopped in at the library to check my standings.  Woo hoo!  Won't last, but I'm enjoying the moment...

Go Wisconsin! Damn good game to watch - which has been rare for entertainment value this season.

Son of a B****
Yeah go ahead and deduct points :P I'm probably going to stay at the bottom now.
All I have now is Wisconsin to hope for and Lucy winning, guess I can support that too.

She just hit Davidson over Georgetown, too ... we're being toyed with. No girls allowed in the clubhouse next year!

How about if I bring cookies?  Can I play then?

Seriously, my left side brackets look pretty good, but the ones on the right have so much red they look like a bloodbath.  We'll see how it goes...

I'm tied with the Hoops Princess!  Whoop!  Only one of my divisions..the Midwest...is a cluster Eff.   The rest could happen, although my pick of Memphis in the final four is looking shaky, as THEY have looked shaky, I don't like their chances next week..

Shane, looks like a Quentin Tarrantino movie went and happened all over your bracket sheet!!!!!!  :D

Yeah, my bracket took a big hit with the Georgetown loss too.  Might not look like it now, but I'm pretty sure I'll have the cellar all locked up pretty soon!
