They make money off volume....right now they have over 45,000 listings in these categories (65,000 listings total!). Right now, they only have 2000 D&D RPG listings and 3000 other RPG listings, less than 1 percent of their total listings. In contrast, most RPG dealers (myself included) who are Acaeum members have 50% or more of their volume tied up on D&D/RPG items. If you check out T&T RPG prices they are consistently above every other RPG seller on Ebay, and not by just a little. This, combined with their lack of specific descriptions or scans/pictures of items (they use stock photos/scans), means they will continue to be marginalized in the selling of RPGs and particularly rare RPGS (where their prices are sometimes double what the same item gets in auction or is listed by another seller). Honestly that's a good thing; if they ever decided to cut their prices in half they might put a lot of people out of business. It's not like they need the used RPG side of the business to carry them!But kudos to what they do well...sell the hell out of CCGs.
