Wow, that is shocking to see!

It's hard to tell, but I think the seller sold three for $250, then changed the price to $600 for the three currently listed, of which one has sold.

If that's the case, then one or more people picked up a SW copy for $250 and the seller had at least 6 copies in SW!

Must be an old game shop owner or distributor. He has loads of old Mayfair stock, all brand new and unopened.

You're 100 percent correct, thats the seller. I did not recognize the name and looked her up. And so it all makes perfect sense.

She had initially listed some stuff under the ID of darwinstoys, but switched them all under this one.

Missing the last page. It also looks like it is about to fall off of the staples. So the question is how much is a copy in Fair condition worth?

I saw it when it first popped up, but the condition was too poor for me for what it was going to cost overall to even consider it.
