Different seller than the first one.

This seller is also based in Herefordshire, the same county as the Jade Hare seller, who is located in Hereford.

Something is beginning to smell really bad in the UK.

The most interesting and maybe worst part of this is and that we kind of overlooked on the first one, is they are claimed as the "30th Anniversary Edition". Which would have put them as being made and released in 2016. But it seems that this is the first they've ever shown up in 10 years?

With a second one now making an appearance and almost immediately after the first one did, seems to make an already bad situation worse.

On the positive side, they are very easily identifiable, so no one should be fooled by the fact and that they're all counterfeits.

A more innocent thought is that a number of these reprints were done recently and bought by various people - and seeing that one went for a pile of £££, the other owner(s) have decided to sell theirs. Different location to the earlier one. Plus, in any case, England is geographically small, I am not sure location here is a clue to any deep conspiracy. ... Doesn't mean its not a fake though.

It would be interesting to see if the seller would provide any provenance/information on how they acquired this and how they can claim this is "the 30th Anniversary reprint"... That's a shady way to attempt to legitimize it. My guess on their response would be: "We acquired this in a lot of D&D collectibles so we don't have any history or information on it.

Even though they shouldn't have listed it, the prior seller at least provided more information in their badly written description:

Here i have Up the Garden Path ST1 Module - Dungeons & Dragons D&D - Modern Reprint, it comes in good condition and is a must for any fan.

This is a reprint of the Up the Garden Path ST1 Module, it looks to be a fan made modern reprint of the module, really not sure where its from or how it was made. Hopefully of some use to someone.

This new listing removes all of that and just describes it as the 30th anniversary reprint.

Bottom line - forgery masquerading as a legitimate reprint.

There are also a lot of obvious tells that this is not a legitimate reprint, if one looks a bit at the pics.

I was interested in the lot myself, but was convinced it was going to go for at least several thousand dollars, so I didn't even bother to toss in a snipe at it, as I was pretty interested, but not *that* interested.
