How fair do you think the price is on this white box identified as a 'Collector's Edition'?

That is, how much should condition affect the price in a market where prices have risen so dramatically? Are all of our trashed & previously unsalable items now worth crazy money in an already crazy market?

He also has an item listed for $10k. I was just highlighting he has a few high priced items for sale, not saying they were unrealistic or not.

Surely this is true...today. Way things are going it might not be so a few years, or even months, from now.

This thread's title still holds but what 'silliest' is has become a moving target,

WD1 $650. Dragon1 $1750

All seems a bit heavy to me, even in the current market trend

That's because its an ogre troll storm cloud giant goblin - a cross between an ogre and a goblin, trolling players by dressing up as a storm cloud giant.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

It could just as easily be an Ent if it were painted green. You could have it walk through town giving apples out to all the kids.

I take back what I said about the seller being clueless.  Looking at their offerings, they're selling a lot of common '80s miniatures in mediocre or worse condition for $45-$75 a pop, all under similar keyword-spam titles.   I guess this is just the way they do business.

What happened to these miniatures?  Almost every miniature the seller has listed look like they were sandblasted, then painted with a latex house paint!

I've not looked at the others, but I'm beginning to suspect the ogre troll storm cloud giant goblin isn't made from lead.
I think they had their grandfather's balls stuffed and painted those.

This would actually be worth $70 to someone though. Real life balls!

Or a piece of shit if you painted it brown.
