Are the posters on the last picture related to RPG?

(one day, i will buy an escape from NY. Is it an "interesting" game?)

I've been enjoying the pictures; keep 'em coming. It's nice to see I'm not the only one that has other collections sharing shelf-space with the D&D.

If any of you are feeling inadequate after seeing these massive hoards, I'd be glad to post a picture of my 1/3-shelf of AD&D (I've been downsizing steadily for about a year), nestled amongst my SF and Fantasy hardcover collection (which is somewhat more impressive, but still hardly world-class

). It'd make you feel better...

Naw, can't be either of those possibilities, as the tissue paper they print the 4th edition books with couldn't possibly be heavy enough. My theory is that it's like some sort of nifty modern version of the Flask of Tuerny the Merciless. The mystically horrifying anti-D&D power of the 4th edition glyphs and sigils might very well hold the arcane power necessary to contain the spirit of an irate early TSR game designer in the plastic tub.

It really is a blast to play. Very simple but just complex enough to keep you interested. You can screw the other players and fight the Duke...what more do you need?

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

From your photobucket main page you should see your photos. Drag your cursor over the photo and a panel of four types of links will show up under the photo. Select the bottom-most and click on it once and it will say "copied".

When you post here, select paste and you will see a link similar to those in your original post. But when people see your new post, the picture will appear instead the link.

. Actually, I don't recall if I was under the influence of anything or what that might have been, but it was a sunny day, so that's probably sufficient to account for my squinting.

Ah, yeah, that Nehwon map is my favorite item (and probably one of the most valuable, which I guess ain't sayin' much). I have a couple other nice pieces of art and RPG posters, but those are packed away as well. Can't wait to get to the new house so I can arrange the new display.

That's awesome, I'm glad it went to someone who appreciates it. I remember thinking at the time I saw it that no one was going to recognize that particular piece...imo that was the real gem of the entire auction.

and that was Scithers' original frame for it?
