For posterity and discussion sake, since this got snapped up pretty quick and it's been a while since I contributed something here:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

I just hope whoever snagged it so quickly at this price realizes that the box looks okay, but the booklets looked at best warped due to moisture, if not flat out water damaged.

My favorite part is at $3250, the seller can't even ship it for free. Class act, there.

But yeah, those booklets are hammered. Seems a high price for average (at best) condition, but, as I have benefited lately from some deep pocketed buyers, I can't exactly cast aspersions.

A double-relist of the previous auction in pretty short order would suggest that was an agreed price. I'd've been hoping to see less apparent insect damage or similar on the box and no missing components, too.

(Oh, and hiya there! :))

Hiya, D.

Just goes to show I've been out of the game for awhile.

I've been lurking around more recently, but this place seems relatively quiet nowadays.  At least comparatively from a few years ago.

Hey Brian :)

** expired/removed eBay auction **

17 issues (roughly half the print run) of Imagine. A bit too high (in my opinion) but seller does have a "make an offer" option. I reckon maybe, closer to half that price would be good (depending upon condition). Maybe worth a punt? ...as they say over here  :D

Apparently, someone made them an offer for all of them as they ended early.  Perhaps on of our Acaeum completists?  ;-)

Hi Brian,

It's great to see you back  :D  The past few weekends I have finally started to delve into all of my past purchases, to organize and *gasp* inventory them. I actually came across some of your boxes from several ... ahem ... years ago    and wondered how you were doing. Look forward to any contributions you care to make here on the Acaeum forum.

All my best - Paul

WOW ... came across these and was debating which one .. or ONES ... to pull the trigger on ... when POOF  8O they were gone

Anyone have any idea who the buyer was? In addition, not being able to buy them all, which one would have been the best buy?

Thanks in Advance - Paul

I don't ever remember a LC product (other than the LC1 - LC4 mods) being shrink wrapped. I mean, I just went to the RPGA table at Gencon where they had all the LC stuff and picked up my LC Players Guide.  *shrug* (I wouldn't pay $80 for it...)...

As far as the AG mods, my personal preference is (only) for the ones that I played during the Living City era (If anyone has an extra Counterfeit Dreams AG module, please PM me  :D ).

I have the same A Player's Guide to the Living City Campaign in SW.  It is loose-leaf paper and the map is also loose, thus the reason for the SW.  This is the old AD&D "LC5" A Player's Guide to the Living City Campaign.  I think these are quite rare, especially in SW, so the $80 could easily be justifiable to a collector.  I was tempted myself to pick it up.

I'm not likely going to be around enough to do that type of legwork again. ;)  I'm hoping to be a little less noticeable, than I was previously.  :batman:

Hiya Stephen.  Great to see you're still around.  Over the last few years, when I was checking in every so often, I hadn't seen you posting.  This forum is definitely better off with you around, than without you.  :)
