Don't forget the Chaosium Free RPG Day book too! I picked up 2 copies and the CoC Quick Start Guide - both are very nice and worth the price!.

Additionally, there are some new Carcosa mods from G. McKinney that look interesting.

The Carcosa stuff is ok, lots of weird ideas for a weird fantasy campaign, but weren't compelling enough that I would immediately set a game there or anything.
