I just installed a new mod that (hopefully) fixes the Daylight Savings Time issue which has been perennially broken in phpBB.  If you would --

A) Go to Control Panel, Board Preferences, and check that your timezone is set to the correct city (obviously, it doesn't actually need to be the city you live in, just one that's in the same timezone),

B) Refresh your browser cache (pressing "F5" does it in most modern browsers).

Enjoy,

Foul

Interesting that not one City in Texas was an option.
Had to use Mexico City to get local time zone....  :?

I followed the white rabbit.
