Ok what does everybody want for Christmas? In terms of collectable stuff that is

I wouldn't mind a mint shrink Cthulhu 1st edition box set or a really nice 2nd print woody!!

Games can get you through times of no money but money can not get you through times of no games!!

I'm fresh out of wants. In the past few months I've acquired several lots of neat stuff that filled some long-standing gaps in my collection. I've been branching off into boxed games of late, but they take up too much space on my bookshelves.

Hmmmm. At the moment, I don't have too much that I'm really keen for per se---I'm always interested in mss. and such, so the two black binders of Castle Greyhawk maps and keys (from the Expanded Castle) would be awfully nice

Somewhat more realistically (but perhaps more boringly?

), I'd like some time:

- time to play some D&D with Ethan and Henry and their friends over the holidays---I've been planning a sleepover adventure for them, which will hopefully be fun!
- time to paint minis with Ethan and Henry over the holidays
- time to finish writing my Iounic Caverns level for Black Blade to publish

Oh, and a really nice Tsojconth, too!

They are probably rather pedestrian for you elite-collectors, but I think it'd be nice to get:

- a really good copy of Deities & Demigods with the Melnibonean and Cthulhu mythos
- a Ral Partha box set of Dennis Beauvais' "Bridge of Sorrows"
- a signed print of "Bridge of Sorrows"

Oh, my. That's a no brainer for me.

The very top of my want list is a 1st-2nd print of Men & Magic (with the man on the horse). Getting the WG box is without doubt beyond my financial abilities. But a fair copy of just that (M&M) would go a long way to making me a happy old dude.

-Quadrille Graph Paper(complete/unused)
-Tractics Woodgrain(sold ours a few years back)
-Hex Pad

We still need some other items to fill holes but nothing pressing.

This is an *awesome* idea for a thread blackmoor

Let me think... hmmm, I have been picking up AD&D hardbacks this year. I was lucky enough to get a really great copy of the Monster Manual (1st) a few months ago (boast boast!) - but like Metal-Demon I am looking for a v. nice and clean Cthulhu Deities & Demigods.

Also... a couple of tortured souls magazines in good condition (am about half-way towards a full set), a nice stormbringer 1st print box set and a couple of mono modules

Also also, some of the newer members here may not know that I collect TSR, D&D and Gencon coffee mugs!!! So a few of those would be great!... or even better to discover that TSR made a limited edition teapot at some point in the late 1970s << brain explodes >>

I'd like Santa to bring me some Gamma World stuff. I've always wanted to get my hands on some but I never seem to get around to it.

All the Mystara Gazeteers would be nice too.

Also I want more minis. Because I like minis.

Oh, and world peace. But if it comes down to that or minis, just bring me the minis.

red bus, EVERYONE would like a nice first print Stormbringer. i'm not sure one exists. after 20+ years of hunting for one, the best i've come up with is a VF. it must be all that chaos bursting out of the box.

I had a gorgeous 1st print Stormbringer Box. BEAUTIFUL. Last time I checked it, I dropped the box I had it in, put a dent in one corner. BIG dent. Sob.......

For wants, I'd love a pdf of Castle Zagyg. I suspect this is goiing to be my white whale as I know those who have one are very guarded in letting it out into the wild. I'd love to have a copy to read and run without tearing my open copy to pieces (the boxes and booklets are notoriously cheap and damage easily).

Ah, what do I want? That's pretty easy...

Besides the obvious hard-to-find, expensive collectibles...

1. White box, any printing
2. Ravenloft Campaign Setting - completes my Ravenloft mod/boxed set series
3. Dark Sun Revised Edition Campaign Setting - completes my Dark Sun boxed set series
4. Planes of Conflict and/or Hellbound: The Blood War - completes my Planescape boxed set series
5. One/all of GAZ8, GAZ9, GAZ10, GAZ11, and GAZ13

I know most of these are easily found here and eBay - but to find one or more for a reasonable price, now that would be a Christmas miracle!

I'd like a PDF of Castle Zagyg as well ... then I wouldn't have to take my pristine copy off my gaming shelf when I want to read / run it.
