Shannon Appelcline's _Designers & Dragons_ is being revised and expanded by Evil Hat Productions, and they've released the TSR history chapter as a free download. Check it out @ Designers & Dragons

I read the chapter and found it very well done!

Hereby some questions:

* by when the book will be available for sale?

* is there anywhere the table of contents of the other volumes?

* at page 35, it is mentioned a tourney module (at Gencon VIII, '75) by Rob Kuntz: "The sunken city"; any info about it? I dont recall any thread/page on this module...

Agree. I read it before Christmas, it was a nice reading, well documented and well organized.
