I was doing some searching and came across a few old ... interesting ... threads:

Funny, I don't think I made a single post in either of those threads but I remember reading them.  It did get me thinking ... were we wrong about this guy?  A quick look at ebay and we can see how he faired in his grand plan to buy high and seller higher in the D&D marketplace.  Ebay profile:

Okay so it looks like we were right on.  He lasted 3 more years in the marketplace and end up selling large quantities of individual plastic minis (most for under $3 an auction).  I'm sure at the end either the negative feedback count pushed him out or the mass amount of time having to deal with low priced auctions.  So were we wrong ... apparently not, seems like we were bang on :)  

But then again, maybe he'll come back, read this thread and tell us more of his masterplan.

Another flash in the pan "gonna show you how it's done" failed dealer.  Used to be dozens of guys like this in the comic book reseller business, they all made a bit of money fast and in the long run petered out.  One person cannot create or dictate a collectible market.  What a nozzle.  He's probably working at Home Depot now.
