Hey folks,

Has anyone else ever noticed that although module D1-2 is called "Descent Into the Depths of the Earth" on the outer cover, on the front cover of the module itself, it's called "Descent TO the Depths of the Earth"???

You're right, mine too.
it has the name correct in the little history paragraph below the art "This material was originally...", and then it's also correct on pg2 and on the back cover

On the mono D1 I have, it's correct in the four places (cover, title page, pg 2 and back cover).
