Identifying OD&D Reference Sheets

Hello Collectors,

I was going thru some D&D stuff today and I came across an orphaned set of OD&D Reference Sheets.  No big deal, perhaps, but these are slightly different to any other Reference Sheets I've seen.

. There are a total of four (not five) folded, letter-sized leaves (the set might be incomplete--not sure).
. Each digest-sized page is printed on (i.e., no blank pages).
. The text is all in the "old style" (1st-4th print) type face.
. The very first page is the "Dungeons & Dragons Correction Sheet" (which I've only seen printed as a single, digest-sized, loose leaf previously).
. The Correction Sheet page has a lizard logo.

Can anyone help me figure out which OD&D print these Reference Sheets belong to?

Not on hand atm, but should be regular 4ths as opposed to the extremely rare early 4ths (about as common as Greyhawk ref. sheets? *jk*) which have the same format but with a GK logo - bonus marks for the unaltered address in the books to go with those per 4th printing with no sticker? and the 2004 thread that's lost its pics, somehow.

Sounds like you're missing a sheet, though. :/ Never enough reference sheets to go around...

Okay, so it's a "standard" 4th print Reference Sheets--thanks for the info :)

It might be nice to update the info at Original D&D Set and at Errata Orig which both imply the Corrections Sheet only comes with the 2nd and 3rd prints.
