Here are my two events submitted for GaryCon 7 this year (thus far, I may add another perhaps; no Aliens this year, though).

Who else is going?

The Warped Caverns of Tsojconth

Explore grodog's high-level version of The Lost Caverns of Tsojconth. In the Yatil Mountains west of the Velverdyva River, the magical hoard of the Witch Queen of Perrenland still lies unlooted. Hundreds of adventurers have perished in search of its treasures. A lucky few have returned with fabulous artifacts, incantations of surpassing might, and tales of horror and woe! Plumb the extra-planar perils of the Lost Caverns of Tsojconth, and seek the hidden domiciles of Iggwilv herself!

grodog's expansion of the 1976 Wintercon V tournament and S4 Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth module will challenge jaded players already familiar with this classic dungeon, as well as those who have never explored the Lesser or Greater Caverns. (No wilderness). Pre-generated PCs of levels 10-14 will be provided.

I will be there again. I find it hard to believe but it will be my 4th one. Looking forward to seeing all of you. I will be easy to find at my booth with the Art Goblin.

I plan to sign up for a few games (night games only alas).

Zach

Is the Gary Con site down?  I got to get two events in and now I have a 403 forbidden error...  I did get e-mail confirmation on those events, but can't get to the site for anymore.  Anyone else having issues?

I think I got into one event, but didn't get an email confirmation.  Then, yes, I'm getting that 403 error.  I think they crashed the entire site.

Annoyingly, I had a second event in my cart, but when I went to check out, it didn't show up in my cart.  By the time it did, it was already sold out.

I love the guys who run GaryCon, but they need to spend some real money on a robust website if they're going to use this for registration.  This is really getting old.

Dale just posted on FB that it is the hosting company or something. They are working on it. Their words, not mine.  :D

Devon was able to get in the game he wanted. Unfortunately the site crashed before I could get checked out.  :x

Yep, according to Facebook:

The website hosting company thought the server was under a DDOS attack. They took actions to "protect" itself. We are working with them to remove the block- and allow the traffic to flow.

We appreciate your patience- and will advise shortly.

Dang. First event I tried registering for seemed to sell out in 30 seconds or less. System crashed when I was adding an event.

It was there when I first clinked the link. There was a post to be gentle. Then a post that their service provided locked down the connect due to tripping their DOS threshold. That last message was about 3 minutes after registration opened.

Not both messages are gone.
