i sell on ebay quite often. I just had a buyer tell me the following...

"Now that I just received the invoice for this item I will pay for it. I do not pay for items until I receive the invoice for them first. As you can determine for yourself,  from the comments left on my positive ratings, I always pay for items promptly. And just to let you know, there are many ebay sellers who do not send an invoice for items that I bought from them for seven days after the auction has ended. If all goes well, I will give you a positive rating, and look forward to receiving one as well."

I'm like, seriously? You do a 'Buy It Now' and want to bitch at me for not sending you an invoice?

Just to be an ass I refunded his .07 cents excess shipping he paid..lol

Isn't that available for eBay sellers who have reached a certain level?  I sell infrequently and can't use that option.

I've had a seller or two tell me that they prefer to send the invoice first, so they can confirm shipping and any combined shipping costs.  Otherwise, if the shipping is less they have to refund the difference later (at least, they do if they are honest about the shipping costs).  That being said, if I don't get an invoice within a few hours of the close of an auction, I usually pay anyway, since I don't want to forget.  And I always pay a BIN immediately.

This was for a single item. One of the adventures for Powers & Perils. No Box, items in excellent condition(playbook & map)

I had it listed for $7.50 OBO. He kept offering $2, $2.50, $3. So I changed the terms of the listing to reject offers of $5 or less.

I think he got po'd about that is why he was being such a pleasant person. Have yet to receive feedback. lol

So what's the best way to get a hold of someone to get this fixed? I'd like to eventually bid again on stuff...

getting someone on the phone from Ebay has been made increasingly harder by .... Ebay. Best bet, call Paypal and tell them you have an account issue, and then when you get on the phone with them, tell them it has to do with your ebay account linked but that you can't get into the Ebay account. They can forward your call to an Ebay representative.
