I play in three groups:

A group that plays my game system once per month, varying between fantasy and sci-fi every so often - main purpose to playtest my upcoming work.
A group that meets once per month to play MERP.
A group that meets once per month to play a different system, almost each time we meet (we've played 5e D&D, CoC, Pathfinder, TSRS [more playtests], Top Secret, heading to GW next).

So, I guess that makes 3x per month.  ;-)

Since 5e came out I've been participating in WotC Organized Play at my local game store twice per week:
-on Wednesday nights D&D Encounters for 2 hours
-on Saturdays D&D Expeditions for 4-5 hours

I've only able to play prior editions (1e is my favorite) at conventions, which I try to get to 2-3 per year.

I play in a regular 5e game every week and then sporatically in another game maybe twice a month.  We are thinking about changing the second game to a Star Wars campaign.

Just collecting right now.

Going to attempt to get a 1e D&D/AD&D group going locally sometime next year.....but the success of that is still quite uncertain!

I have some game night concepts I am trying to put together to try out the various game systems and board games I have collected so I can enjoy them as well as look at them on the shelf! :)

I mostly collect, but a group of my friends get together about once of month for a D&D 3.5 campaign.

Played once a week from fall 1983 - summer 1986 (coincidentally, this is the period where I picked up most of my collection), then a dry spell where I played nothing until 1999.

Then, the old group from high school reunited (we all live within 1-2 towns away from each other), and have been playing once a month since then.

For the last year-and-a-half I've been running one game a week using 5e. This comes after waaaaay too long away from the table!

On average about once a month.

I've been DMing the 5th edition starter set with my kids and their cousin (who skypes in from England).
We generally do it Saturday nights but we're often busy so it averages out to about once a month.
