Merry Christmas to all! Here's to a MUCH better 2017!

Merry Christmas everyone!  Roses are reddish, Violets are bluish, If it weren't for Christmas, We'd all be Jewish.  I love Christmas! When else can you sit in front of a dead tree and eat candy out of socks?  Everyone knows the most important part of the Christmas celebration is spending time with family you don't get to see very often.  Christmas is a time when you get homesick -- even when you're home.  Then you have an excuse to neglect them the rest of the year.  I think Santa should hire giants instead of elves so that he can produce gifts faster. I wish you a White Christmas! But if your White Wine runs out, drink the Red.  May all your Christmas balls be well hung!

Finally, does it bother anyone else that, due to auto-correct, one out of ten children will get a visit from Satan this Christmas?  

Hope those who celebrate are having a wonderful Christmas, and a happy holidays to everyone else.

It's supposed to be 54 degrees tomorrow in Chicago. The 120' long snow luge I built for my kids off the back deck that snakes around the pond is going to melt tomorrow
