Can anybody verify seeing and/or have information on the nature of this promotional Forgotten Relms dice bag?  I can't find much information besides a mention of it on Candlekeep and it's associated image link (included in this post).  I'm curious as to when it came out, was it given away at hobby stores or convention, and whether or not it came bundled with a box set or something of the sort.

I don't actually own this item (nor do I own a Forgotten Realms patch) - I was just cross referencing some of my collection lists with other lists hosted online, and found mention of this dice bag on Candlekeep (Miscellaneous Products).
