I've seen a few D&D related embroidered cloth patches (Greyhawk Adventures and Dark Sun not too long ago) come across eBay recently, but I haven't been able find much information about them.  Does anybody around these parts know how were they distributed (i.e. sold at retail, convention swag, etc...) or who made them (i.e. TSR or some other 3rd party)?  Thanks !
