Malcavian wrote in Monster Manual 1st Edition 1st Print:Good afternoon, I am posting this here at Scotts suggestion. I recently acquired a 1st ed. 1st print copy of the Monster Manual I found a sheet of paper with "Monster Manual Errata Sheet" it appeared to be the same paper as the rest of the pages in the book and was not a photo copy of the Errata data sheet in Dragon #35. As Scott pointed out to me "in looking at those scans, I'm agreeing with you, it looks professionally published. The font style is a match, but more importantly, it has a few different words from the article in Dragon #35, and also doesn't have a few of that article's errata entries. That would seem to indicate it preceded Dragon #35 (Mar 1980). As the errata it lists were all corrected in the Monster Manual 2nd print, it would only make sense that this errata sheet was included with First print copies only. Ultimately, you may want to post a message in our forums asking if anyone else has seen something like this" He went further in the response and did me a solid as far as posting a picture here of the sheet which I have added to the post. " A word of caution, however -- a hi-res picture or scan of this would make it very easy to illicitly reproduce. I took the liberty of altering the picture you attached (I digitally moved one of the words around), so you might want to use this one if you post something in the forums." I would like to know if anyone out there would have an information that might help understand what it is, if it is anything?
