Or is there a copyright issue here?

Well I guess the "blocked listing" from my post answers my own question :)

Yeah, there is a downside to having the sellers blocked here. It means I have no clue who is being spoken about so I can't block them on EBay should I choose.   :|

Maybe there should be a listing of blocked sellers somewhere to reference?

There is.  You can see the list via eBay at the top of your screen, then Configuration.  And if you use the system here instead of going to eBay, you help out this site.

Yep, so the listing I was referring to was from vintage.dvds, who is on you list.

The the following items are not on the blacklist, but one has to wonder about the ligitimacy of their product. Anyone can speak to this?

1098 books of DUNGEONS DRAGONS on 5 DVDs D D Modules Adventure Collection | eBay
900 Book Set Lot Dungeons Dragons on USB D D Modules Adventure Maps Tiles | eBay
HUGE collection Dungeons and Dragons materials on DVD Handbooks Modules AD D | eBay

To put it simply, they're bootlegs. Period. Full stop.

mysticmagus has even dropped some material from Dragonsfoot on his DVDs. I've made Steve aware of this over there, but what the status of that is, I do not know.

EBay doesn't seem to care until an actual IP holder starts to get involved. We can certainly report away, but unless the suits over at Wizards of the Coast, Paizo, Goodman Games, the Troll Lords, etc. pull off a C&D, I don't see anything coming of this.

dandplayer has moved on from selling fakes over 10 years ago to selling bootlegs now.

Great.

And that's probably where most of this was procured.

I've debated buying bootleg stuff like this, then doing a chargeback to mess with the seller. What could he possibly say?
