Several of my issues of Dragon from 60 (lowest # I currently own) through 107 are just a bit to wide for the UltraPro magazine bags that I have. In some cases, I have duplicate issues, and 1 copy just fits, while the other is 1/16" too big. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any explanation on why 2 copies of the same issue # would be slightly different dimensions?

If you don't have this issue with the earlier issues of Dragon magazine, what brand of bags do you use?

This works sometimes. If the page count is higher than normal, and the magazine reduces the width of the bag due to it's thickness, omitting the board can work. But in the case above, we are talking 96 page issues that I cannot fit into the bag even without a board. If I "roll" the issue into a U shape to insert it into the bag then flatten it and push it to the bottom, the issue will form an S inside the bag, as it is clearly too large to fit. I measured one of my bags lying flat on the table with nothing in it, and it comes to 8 11/16". I think that missing 1/16" might be what is killing me in many cases (the bags are advertised as 8/34). If you measure the BCW bags, do they come to a full 8 3/4?

they make a 'wide' sized magazine bag and a 'normal' sized.

the wides fit items like the mayfair books, grimtooths, and such that size
