Here is an interesting short documentry on some of the influences of D&D on the folks that started Bioware.  

It worth 10 min o watch :)

Interestingly enough when I went to University in Edmonton I lived 2 blocks from Biowares head quarters.

I worked for Bioware for several years. I know Ray and Greg well...Great guys...Greg and me hit it off right off the bat and used to have friday "after work" drinks in the Austin office with him.
