Sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone know of a resource which shows images of the types of polyhedral dice included in the different D&D boxed sets, please?  I'm particularly interested in the BX and BECMI sets, as the Holmes dice are pretty distinctive...

I don't know of a resource, I've just been looking at listings and trying to learn where I can. This is what I've discerned:

For the B/X box sets this is what came with it in a variety of colors, bag could contain all the same colors or a mix of them

If it says in the Acaeum listing for the B/X set that it came with a bagged set precolored without crayon. This is what you got (multiple colors)

I don't know anything about BECMI but I do know this Dragon Dice set came out in 1986. So did these dice come with the box sets that were released at that time? I'd say there is a good chance of it.
