Where could I find an Orange B3 and how much would I offer?

So my collection is nearly complete (very few here would consider it complete for their purposes, but I have nearly everything I want in my collection). The large outstanding item I still need is an Orange B3. I've been looking on ebay and in various classifieds for awhile, but haven't seen any come up. It could take years before one comes up organically.

I am looking for advice on how to locate one, and how much to offer for it? This site's rares page lists it in the $1000-1400 range, but I seriously doubt I could get one for that.

Just as an aside re: the value we list -- that would be for a copy out of shrink.  With shrinkwrap intact -- which most of these are -- that value estimate easily doubles or triples.

More like 2-3K now...

Yes, shrink or out of shrink copies of Orange B3 have been going for the 2-3k range for the last couple years now.
