Shrink seemed to have changed over and over through the years. However, loose sw always made me curious. Was it because over time in certain environments they loosen up like this?

Probably the heat setting was too low, so the plastic did not shrink properly. At least, that was how it worked on the machine I was familiar with using. I see no air holes on this to allow air to escape during the shrinking process, so it must have been done via another method.

Looser the better I say. Best of all in a pile at your feet after you have ripped it off laughing maniacally.  :lol:
