Weird DMG: Exactly like 4th Print, but has ISBN in 2 places.

Has anybody else out there located another copy of this: What is for all intents and purposes a 4th Print DMG, but also happens to have an ISBN listed on the back cover at lower left, and also at the lower end of the spine? I just acquired this today, and had to do a double take. This can't possibly be as rare as some of the other printings, but at the same time this isn't listed on the Acaeum. Please note endpapers and flyleaves are white, and not yellow (like they would be on a 5th Print, which is also 232 pages and has the ISBNs listed).

I will have to get photos taken and posted tomorrow. I don't want to get needlessly worked up about this, but at the same time this seems pretty odd, unless the last few copies of the 4th Print run did indeed have the ISBNs, but wasn't noted previously.

Apologies for seemingly vanishing off the face of the earth. New job, etc, temporarily complicating things.

As I previously mentioned, this is exactly like a 5th Print DMG, pre-Revision, with the ISBN in two places (spine and bottom left of back cover) except for the fact the endpapers and flyleaves are white.  Does anybody know the story behind this? It would seem the ISBN laws (or whatever it was that compelled TSR to suddenly start printing them) abruptly came into effect while TSR was still printing out 4th Print copies, or perhaps part of the 5th Print was printed with white endpapers/flyleaves in error. In any event, I have never seen a seeming "hybrid" like this one. Do any of you have DMG copies that are like this?

Finally, the back cover, which has the ISBN code common to 5th Print and later DMGs, though the white flyleaves/endpapers would seem to indicate this is a 4th Print disregarding the ISBNs. Cover material is smooth-textured, by the way.
