I came across this and thought some collectors here might be interested. It is not in great condition, but not bad either.

Sold for $450 if I'm following the auction correctly.

I love that the seller referred to it as being in very good condition when it has rusty staples and the cover looks like the surface of the moon. That looks like Fair condition to me.
