I can't say with 100% certainty, but I personally believe it's a fan translation. The copyright information doesn't match Shinwa's format and the wording seems off in the little bit of translation I've done. The lack of a unique Japanese item code (which Shinwa was very consistent with) is another strike against it. Never listed in ANY Shinwa catalog... another strike. But what really kills it for me is the "CHG." Never seen that on any Shinwa release... it's almost certainly the initials of the fan group that produced it. I suppose additional research may turn up some new information but the evidence against it is good enough for me to rule it out as an official release. I'd pick one up for cheap, as an oddity, but that's about it. Congrats to the winner, but ¥53,000 is at least ten times what I'd pay for one. Heck, I wouldn't even pay that much if it were real!
