Help Identify DMG printing 1st or ???

Good Morning,

I currently have a listing on eBay for a DMG. It has both 1st, 2nd & maybe 3rd print characteristics. Please help me identify the correct printing.

It has white fabric, overhanging "D", endpapers are not pasted & it appears the text is angled slightly on page 99.

The "D" running off the page makes this an easy call...it's a 1st print.

If the text is angled, that is not normally associated with a 1st print.

Can you measure the page and cover dimensions? Top to bottom should suffice. Maybe it's one of those 'short' DMGs. The 'D' could possibly run off the edge if it is.

11 1/8 x 8 3/4 inches

Text appears slightly shifted on 99, but I could be seeing things.
