Which PHB of D&D is it that has sub-stats like Agility and Stamina?

None of the Player's Handbooks that I can recall.  There might have been references to those as another way to describe Dexterity and Constitution, but I don't think they were ever sub-stats.  The Serenity role playing game used Agility.

The 2nd edition Player's Option: Skills & Powers books might be what you are thinking of.

I think it is AD&D Player's option, skills & powers, for AD&D2 (the black books)

Beat me to it le Rahib. :)

Only Stamina is a "Subability".  Agility is not referenced as a subability but synonymous with dexterity.
