Fanzine I haven’t seen before. Unlike other reprints I have seen of different fanzines, these all look different, more likely legit.

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Edit: Would there be any point, or value, in having thread that sent alerts for a post? A "Hey, I'm not buying this but you might!" kinda thing? This is only half-baked, I know.

PS. I am giddy about something right now. Ill share more at a later date. :)

I believe Mark Swanson in Boston printed those for many years.

My impression (perhaps unfairly) of it is "East Coast Alarums & Excursions", and also the 2nd biggest/longest running of the early APAzines, after A&E.

I've never seen a copy in person, but I did post another auction image on my blog a few years back: ZENOPUS ARCHIVES: When was the Basic Set first available?

The contents of some issues (#34-41, Nov 1978-Aug 79) are detailed on the RPG Geek: Wild Hunt (Issue 34 - Nov 1978) | Issue | RPGGeek

If you won the auction, I'd love to know if any of the 1977 or 1978 issues have any reviews or mentions of the then-new Basic Set, or even any articles submitted by J. Eric Holmes.

Per @increment, issue #19 (Aug 1977) has an Origins Report that discusses the release of the Holmes Basic Set (see post above).
