Hi Wayne (I've ordered stuff from you in the past).  I got nothing on this one.  Since I sold my Night Below out of shrink copy years ago, I don't know what to say about printing differences.  All I have left is the one I left in shrink from those years gone by.  I'm not a big shrink collector but I think I'm going to leave this one in shrink as the condition of the box in NM and since shrink isn't a condition but an enhancement I'll keep it that way.  Interesting question though, curious to see what pans out of this.

Edit: Specifically meaning, my shrink copy matches the 1995 printing you have where the black border does not creep in to include the logo, etc.  I'm fairly certain the copy I sold was the same.  I don't think I've seen that thicker black border one before.

I can confirm that there were at least two printings.  Of the copies I have, they all fit into the same two printings, as far as I can tell.
