Does anyone know if this has a direct comparison in the English printed lineup, and if so, which number?
The cover doesn’t ring a bell. One wonders whether they translated existing text or employer new writers to write for them directly in German.


This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Although...

It says in the sales text that the Ravenloft content (bulk of the magazine) was taken from two issues (one Dragon, one Dungeon).
Cover says Dec. 1995/Jan. 1996.

So I am assuming they took content from earlier english-language mags.

Let me check here (one sec)........

Sea Wolf - Lisa Smedman - Dungeon 55 (Sept./Oct. 1995) was all the Ravenloft content (nearest to publication) that I could find. I went back to June 1995 in Dragon - no Ravenloft content.

Well, if you get your hands on it, post some info.
I PM'ed to see if they would ship to the UK (closer), but haven't got an answer so I'll let you know if they get back to me.
You could just hit BIN and then pay whatever they ask for (its a gamble) or let them reject and relist if eBay will let you. The BIN is a bargain so long as they don't want $50 to ship it.

Well - lost out on that one.

It sold at 6:41 am this morning.

Would have been nice, as I am (slowly) building a collection of U.K. and French Dragons, as well.

Now I just have to prostitute myself to be able to afford the Japanese ones.

Here are TOCs for the first three issues... I've got #1-14 but they're all pretty much like this. Mostly translated material. For original German content you'd probably have to go back to Drache.
