I'd go with no. Just comparing it to others online. JSA should be able to tell.

It doesn't look right for any signature. It scrawled and slowly written. I am an idiot though, so dont take that to the bank. But yea, its fake. :)

The size is troublesome. I don't know of any Gygax sigs that big.

I've never quite understood the buying and sellling of signed items. Excepting some exceedingly rare circumstances, how could you ever really know for certain that a signature is genuine? Anybody can replicate a signed name either through technology or simple care and skill. Couple that with the fact that very few people have the expertise or experience to verify a signature. Even experts have trouble with this. It's a relatively easy thing to fabricate. The whole idea seems pretty sketchy to me.
