Hi all,

Long-time site contributor Aia -- author of the VI∙VIII∙X KUP RPG game system -- has just released a Limited Edition of the first module, "The Beginning of the Story", in honor of the 25th Anniversary of the Acaeum!  The limited-edition module comes in either softback or hardback, and is only available through November 2025 via this link:

DriveThruRPG

He's generously donating the proceeds of the module to us, which is greatly appreciated!  Please check it out and support both endeavors.  And maybe score yourself a future rare collectible!

It is both a honor and a pleasure to present you this version of the adventure I wrote some months ago!
The honor is mainly due to the permission I got from Scott to use the term Acaeum in my game... and, needless to add, these are places of utmost wisdom in the setting I am drawing!
The pleasure is of course the opportunity to support with the (scarce) profits coming from the sale of the module this community!
Thanks to Scott and to anybody is going to buy the book!

Bump!

Two details helped me to come back to this topic:

1) I am currently doing a review of my game and soon publish a revised edition (or second edition, or as you prefer!)

2) After the first 3 months of sales, the special edition has not sold anymore (BTW: @Foul, I owe you 65 cents yet!)

Based on these facts, I decided to publish a new version of the special edition of this module according to the new set of rules (which doesn't change too much btw!) BUT with also stats to make the module compatible with AD&D 1E! Now, the conversion is simply a translation of stats into 1E. Is there anyone willing to help me while I am reviewing the rest of the module?

You can drop me a PM or a mail. Thanks in advance and ciaooo

PS re to collectibility, if you haven't bought a first edition copy so far, pls do it! I sold a very limited nr of copies of the hardback POD!

Bump: I converted the NPCs by myself.
Would a good fellow here be available to run a quick check on the final 1E stats?

Thanks and ciaooo

Hi Axel—

I’m happy to help again, but won’t have time to do so until after NTX is over (so mid-June or so).

Allan.
