yep, I flagged this new name a few weeks back, but he's at 100+ FB already.
What bothers me, is that he's selling the same items, same scans and just reducing the shipping costs so as to make his items look more reasonable under the new name.
Just shows how bent ebay is really, as long as they get their ever-rising fee's

Just keepin it fresh

Newest cougie funny from his ebay ME page:

UK P&P, you can thank a few idiots for my now newly blanket free P&P. I will be happy to supply ID's upon request. Why is free P&P bad I hear you ask? Well there is of course no such thing as free P&P, it HAS to be paid for somewhere. So its added to the initial cost of the item. Which of course raises the eBay fee, which of course adds to the total cost. As there is no P&P there can be no P&P combination discount. So you see that's to the idiots leaving low DSR's forcing me to give free P&P, all buyers lose out three fold, no combo, higher costs, extra fees. Sure you will want to thanks them. The big picture is usually blind to them. But why do they care? They are blocked now.

An interesting tirade by Dave.

He says that the people who have left him low DSR's are the ones responsible for the behavior they complained about...because...um...they...complained...?  :?

He claims that the people who gave him low DSR's are all blocked now....except that the seller cannot see who gave him what rating so he could not possibly block them in retaliation just for that.

It is interesting to see a seller come out and literally say why you should not do business with him right in his own listing. 8O

At least when he changed his ID he doesn't get to rant about how he's a platinum seller, blah, blah blah...   :D

I am not defending Coug in any way, but he does actually have a point. The DSR thing is really bullshit. Most rational people are very fair when it comes to the DSR thing. But the system is weighted severely against the seller.

Ebay tells buyers that leaving a 4 out 5 means you are satisfied and all went well. Well, if you have a average of 4 in any category as a seller, you get banned from selling or extremely limited. Actually, I think the threshold is 4.2. It doesn't take very many people leaving a seller with low volumes to drop if just a few people leave him a 4 out of 5.

The worst is the disgruntled buyer who leaves all 1s because he is mad that you failed to live up to his expectations. Legit problems are not what I am talking about. I am talking about the self-appointed ebay police. You know, the guys who demand cheap shipping via media mail but then go nuts because the package actually arrived seven days later!

The DSR issue is a legit beef for sellers. It has opened up buyer extortion to a massive degree. I had one buyer who bought about a dozen different comic book auctions last year. He was unhappy about the stated condition of a comic book. I offered a return - I pay the costs. He bitched about having to be inconvenienced, so I refunded him and told him to keep them. I notified ebay and sent them copies of the email. 30 days later he leaves crap feedback with 1 star on every freakin auction in every category. I know because out of nowhere I suddenly had 12 - 1 or 2 ratings show up on the same day and my 4.9 and 5.0 ratings dropped to 4.3. No way to say for sure, but it was pretty obvious. I contacted ebay who in no uncertain terms it was a buyer's right to leave appropriate feedback. That was the last time I sold comics on ebay.

It has taken me 12 months to lose those DSRs. That is the system and it sucks.

That is why I never leave any DSR rating except 5 or 1...since the system really is "satisfied" or "not satisfied."

You gotta be a jerk to get a 1, but I have given them out.

Every item are VGC for Coug. For him, the condition of an item is subjective... So every thing is VGC ! :D

I bought him the "Midnight in dagger alley" +viewer with a nice picture of the module with original viewer...
I received the module with a red candy's paper ??? wtf !! I tell him there's not the viewer and the module is not in VGC... He tell me that the red candy's paper is the viewer, and that's like the original viewer...

This guy is not very honest...

Don't monkey with hiim.  Report it to Ebay.

He's unethical...plain and simple.

It's natural that he loathes the Acaeum, like a cobra loathes a mongoose.
