I've been so busy that I can't spend time promoting the new edition, so thank you very much for letting people that might be interested know! I messed up the first preview on CreateSpace.com and so it is no longer there, the one VaultKeeper posted here (https://www.createspace.com/Preview/1082747) should work. It is a large PDF. I hope I didn't overdo the preview! :)

If you are one of the other four Opera users in the world, then you need to use Firefox or another browser to complete the order.  After the order failed to process half-a-dozen times, I gave in and used Firefox.

all that's left of my original is the spells section all separated but with bits of the original binding glue stuck on the edges.
