Out of the Suitcase #49: From the Archives - What Almost Never Was... - Chaosium Inc.

They were only available to Rune Lord Priest and above, so very limited.

Not sure if you noticed that the Kickstarter also included a hardcover 2-volume "Unpublished Scenarios and Source Material" set at the High Priest level.  Those hardcovers were essentially $750, and based on the number of pledges, about 50 were produced/sold.  Approximately 125 copies of the hardcover RuneQuest Playtest Manuscript book were produced.  They likely produced some extras, but probably not a lot.
